Wedowee Creek Retreat is perfect for a relaxing getaway at the lake. The main level is vaulted creating amazing views throughout the house. All rooms but the master are vaulted creating a very open feel. A lack of interior walls and vaulted ceilings allow you to live large in a smaller house. There is a covered and screened porch located on the left side of the house that allow you to enjoy the views of your lot. The lower level comes with a recreation room, two vaulted bedrooms and a accessible boat garage with plenty of room for storage. An optional garage comes with the plan and is attached to the house by a grill deck. |

You can purchase the PDF file and we will send a complete set of plans to your email within two business days. You can then have as many copies of the plan printed as you need to build your home. These prices vary depending on the significance of the changes you would like to make to the plan. If you would like to purchase a reproducible we will grant you the rights to build the home as many times as you would like.
