Timber Ridge was designed with your family in mind. It has everything you need in a home for a comfortable living. You enter the foyer to a vaulted family room with a fireplace and access to the rear porch. The master suite has a master bath, his and her closets and access to the laundry room and rear porch. There is a computer/office room on the main level and a two car garage is conveniently located next to the kitchen for unloading groceries. The upper level has two bedrooms, a storage room and views into the family room below. |

Therefore, all of our plans are carefully thought out with your builder and budget in mind and we will work with you and your builder throughout the process to make sure everything goes smoothly. Our main goal is to produce customer satisfaction and to provide you with a plan that you will love to call home.
Finding a plan that is right for you and your family is the most important money you will ever spend throughout the building process. If you would like to have us custom design a plan that is just right for you and your family you can send us a detailed wish list of everything that you would like in home and we will take it from there and work with you until you say it is perfect. Email, fax and phone make the long distance design process fairly easy.
You can purchase the PDF file and we will send a complete set of plans to your email within two business days. You can then have as many copies of the plan printed as you need to build your home. If you would like to request a modification quote you can email us at maxfulbrightdesigns@gmail.com or fill out a contact form. These prices vary depending on the significance of the changes you would like to make to the plan. If you would like to purchase a reproducible we will grant you the rights to build the home as many times as you would like.
