We built Smoky Mountain Cottage in Ashland, Alabama. With an angled carport and rustic exterior this house plan is one of a kind. You enter the foyer to an open dining, breakfast, kitchen and family room. There is a fireplace in the family room to relax and enjoy time with your family. The master suite is located on the rear and has a wrap around porch to take in the views of your property. The upper level has a loft with views into the family room below and two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has its own open deck. The basement is unfinished and has room for storage. |

You can purchase the PDF file and we will send a complete set of plans to your email within two business days. You can then have as many copies of the plan printed as you need to build your home. These prices vary depending on the significance of the changes you would like to make to the plan. If you would like to purchase a reproducible we will grant you the rights to build the home as many times as you would like.
