Lake Eufala Retreat can work great as your vacation or primary home. It has all the features you need for a large family to live comfortably. A rustic exterior with craftsman style detail and a wrap around porch is eye-catching from the road. A family room accompanied by a fireplace is separated from the dining by columns creating an open feel and great views from within. The upper level has four bedrooms all of which have their own spacious walk-in closets. The Master suite has a tray ceiling and two walk-in closets on opposite of the room. A two car garage has easy access to both the kitchen and the stairs leading to the upper bedrooms. |

list of everything that you would like in home and we will take it from there
and work with you until you say it is perfect. Email, fax and phone make the
long distance design process fairly easy.
You can purchase the PDF file and we will send a complete set of plans to your email within two business days. You can then have as many copies of the plan printed as you need to build your home. These prices vary depending on the significance of the changes you would like to make to the plan. If you would like to purchase a reproducible we will grant you the rights to build the home as many times as you would like.
