Brookwood Hills was designed with family living in mind. With a well thought out mixture of brick, rock and shake this home will look spectacular from the roadside. You enter a two story foyer to an open dining and family room separated by columns. The 12' family room has a coffered ceiling, fireplace and a wall of windows looking out to the rear porch. The kitchen is open to a vaulted sun room and has access to the screened porch on the rear. A two car garage and master suite make up the left side of the house. Upstairs you will find plenty of storage space and three bedrooms, all with their own walk-in closet. |

list of everything that you would like in home and we will take it from there
and work with you until you say it is perfect. Email, fax and phone make the
long distance design process fairly easy.
You can purchase the PDF file and we will send a complete set of plans to your email within two business days. You can then have as many copies of the plan printed as you need to build your home. These prices vary depending on the significance of the changes you would like to make to the plan. If you would like to purchase a reproducible we will grant you the rights to build the home as many times as you would like.
