Banner Elk is one of our most popular plans. It is great for a mountain or lake getaway. An 8'-deep porch wraps around all four sides and is vaulted in the back for better views. French doors in the master grant access to the back porch. The foyer views extend to the rear of the house and it has a loft above that provides views to the family room and out the rear windows. This house plan can be built with either a 2-car carport or 2-car garage. |

If you purchase the PDF file we will send a complete set of plans to your email within two business days. You can then have as many copies of the plan printed from your local office supply store as needed to build your home. These prices vary depending on the significance of the changes you would like to make to the floor plan. If you would like to purchase a reproducible we will grant you the rights to build the home as many times as you would like.
