We are currently building the Asheville Mountain House in Lake Wedowee, Alabama. The front is constructed with eye catching craftsman style details. You enter the foyer to a vaulted family room and a rear wall covered in windows to catch all the beautiful scenery. The dining, kitchen, and family room are all open to each other and surrounded by windows on the rear. The master suite comes with a his and her closet and has access to its own section of the rear porch. The left side of the rear porch has a covered portion with a fireplace to sit around and enjoy the lake or mountains with your family. The upper level has two bedrooms and a loft with views out the vaulted rear wall windows. |

What makes us unique and gives us an edge over other designers is that we also build homes. We have over 25 years experience in designing and building houses. Therefore, all of our plans are carefully thought out with your builder and budget in mind. We will work with you and your builder throughout the process to make sure everything goes smoothly. Our main goal is to produce customer satisfaction and to provide you with a floor plan that you will love to call home.
If you purchase the PDF file we will send a complete set of plans to your email within two business days. These prices vary depending on the significance of the changes you would like to make to the floor plan. If you would like to purchase a reproducible we will grant you the rights to build the home as many times as you would like.
