We have a range of styles including small cabins, classic southern house plans, vacation homes and expansive estates......but we specialize in craftsman, cottage house plans, mountain house plans, and lake house plans. We have designed and built many of the homes on Lake Wedowee in Alabama. Most of our designs are builder tested. We are a family run residential design service that strives to make your planning and building experience run smoothly. Banner Elk is one of our most popular plans. It is great for a mountain or lake getaway. An 8'-deep porch wraps around all four sides and is vaulted in the back for better views. French doors in the master grant access to the back porch. The foyer views extend to the rear of the house and it has a loft above that provides views to the family room and out the rear windows. This house plan can be built with either a 2-car carport or 2-car garage. |
